Job Summary:
As a Vendor Onboarding Specialist at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new vendors and guiding them through the onboarding process. You’ll ensure a smooth and efficient integration of vendors onto our platform, setting them up for success by providing comprehensive support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new vendors during the onboarding process.
  • Assist vendors with account setup, documentation, and platform training.
  • Ensure all vendor information and credentials are accurately captured and verified.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate vendors on platform tools, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor needs and resolve onboarding issues.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Gather vendor feedback to improve the onboarding experience and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in vendor management, onboarding, or customer support is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM or onboarding software tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
