Job Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Analyst at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You’ll conduct risk assessments, monitor compliance efforts, and recommend strategies to protect the company from financial, legal, and reputational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk analysis and compliance status for stakeholders.
- Investigate incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging risks to proactively address challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as ISO standards, GDPR, or local compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and compliance software.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or Compliance Officer Certification are a plus.
