Job Summary:
As a Product Manager at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of products to meet market demands and business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather insights from stakeholders, and ensure that the product delivers value to customers while aligning with the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, using data to inform decisions and adjustments.
- Coordinate product launches, including creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Serve as the product expert, advocating for user needs and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Jira.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and customer-centric design is a plus.
