Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will drive the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and implementing strategies to expand market presence. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet revenue goals and achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to secure business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business development software is an advantage.
- Experience in the target industry or market is a plus.
