Job Summary:
As a Logistics and Delivery Coordinator at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will oversee and optimize the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery. You will manage logistics operations, coordinate with delivery teams, and resolve any issues to ensure seamless supply chain execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and delivery operations.
- Liaise with suppliers, delivery drivers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders on delivery status.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of logistics activities and analyze data to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as TMS or WMS systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of delivery route planning and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
