Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Specialist at iAssure Transaction Assurance Systems Ltd, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Guide customers through on-boarding processes and ensure they understand product features and benefits.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for product or service improvements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, resources, and tutorials to empower customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
